The asset falls within two planning zones:
-3/943 falls within special planning zone Kα6 with 90% building density, 50% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 10/8,3m.
-3/944 falls within special planning zone ΕΧ2 with 80% building density, 45% coverage, 2 floors and a maximum height of 10m.
